No point in ordering ahead. Food is never ready when you arrive. Plan on spending 20-30 minutes waiting for your food no matter what! The GVR location is better and a lot faster!

I ordered delivery, and was missing food from my order. I called and was told that I could come pick up my missing food, or MAYBE they could add the missing item to my order the next time I ordered. Not ordering from you again. Poor customer service.

The worst customer service. You order online with a time expectation. You arrive and still wait 30/45 mins on top of the 10/15 mins promise that it'll be ready. They need to do better. If your hungry or pressed for time find another place. They take entirely too long.

The carrots were pretty much the only edible part. I got the "Thigh Bites" which, as you can see was swimming in an inch of oil and thr 2nd picture shows it's basically all fry batter. I'd estimate they're about .05% actual chicken. It's really disappointing. I paid $14 for regular thigh bites with three traditional wings and carrots. The seasoning is good, but I can't stomach this grease. The three wings were okay, but I was pretty grossed out by the thigh bites to enjoy them either.
