Such an elegant venue that I love to go watch musicals at! We saw pretty women the musical here and loved it. The theater is so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Security was great and the Ushers were helpful to direct us to our seats.

I was surprised on how grand this theater is. My first time here to see a musical. The venue is a very nice facility with convenient layout for orchistra and musicals shows. This is probably in par with the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion theater in DTLA in terms of scale. It was easy to get to as it's right next to the famous South Coast Plaza shopping mall with many high end dining options. We had dinner at Water Grill before the show. It was a perfect evening with great food and amazing entertainment. The sound system was great as we had clear sounds of the music and singings. I was an awesome experience to see a show here. Now that we know about this place, we will be coming more. For parking, you can either valet or park it yourself. The self parking garage is directly connected to the theater.

Gorgeous theater. The exterior and interior are just beautiful. Luckily on my last visit this week they took credit cards for parking! Parking is just across the street and is a quick walk. For some shows there will be items displayed in the hallways or billboards to take pictures with so worth getting there a little early incase. The staff is also very helpful for questions.

There is no dress code here. I've seen casual to formal here regardless of the event.
Go online or call them
When I was there we had to provide proof of vaccination & wear masks during the performance. Things may have changed. Like others suggested, I would check the website.
It's the same reason a bottle of water there costs $5. Well at least the water came from Italy so there must be a shipping charge.
I believe so ! It's your preference on how you want to dress. It's been very cold.
Your question is confusing. Not sure how to answer you. Please Contact the theatre and ask. We are reviewers on here. We don't work for the theatre .
Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Visit the website for more details. https://www.scfta.org/events/2019/cats#utm_source=BAA&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=Cats-BAA
Prices vary from show to show and from section to section. A lot of times you can get balcony seats for 20/25.00, while orchestra will almost always be 100.00+. Check www.scfta.org for current pricing.
Parking in the adjacent structure is $12. Parking across the street at the mall and walking 2 short blocks is free.
Parking structure connected to Segerstrom. Paid parking.
Refreshments are available but mask mandates are not over
Yup, online. 60-61 will be towards the left of the stage. Orchestra is near the stage, but it depends on your row letter.
Box office
Nothing has changed just yet. For now, testing or vaccine cards, and masks are required for all performances.
Need your Vaccine Card and your ID for entering
When you purchase the tickets you let them know and they will accommodate the walker and remove the seat
It may be easier to call the box office
It was open last night for the Bronx Tale play
You need to call them. These are public forums to ask general questions. For specifics like that a call is required.
Not that I have heard. I attended last night's and it was relatively lightly attended. Not empty but not full either. But people still came and the show went on.
Call the box office.
As the first floor, I can't remember the assignment.
Is there a COVID testing onsite before shows
Yes. And there are many, many excellent restaurants within walking distance.
Check to see if groupon has them or their website
If your going to do a gorilla, shoot and run, warfare type of photo shoot then no I would just run. In there pose for a few shots and move out quick status, but if you want to take you time just get a pirmit
They are in the open area behind the Segerstrom Center.
Including intermission, almost 3 hours.
Try calling. This site isn't likely best for that question.
That's a bummer. Go there or call them to see if you can get it remailed to you?
I've never seen one. I agree with David. Give them a call. We're reviewers. We don't work for them.
You need to contact the theatre directly. The people answering these questions are reviewers We do not work for the theatre.
Do you sell gift cards of different denominations that I can I buy on line or in person at the box office?
If you are close enough to the center, this is a great way to see your seat options. When the performance is not going on, you can park right in front of the box office. I like it better than online.
Check their website for the best answer. https://www.scfta.org/
Yes, very accessible for all manner of accessibility needs. Just be sure to get seats near the aisle or in the accessibility areas.

Are there rush ticket for “the fiddler on the roof “ for Saturday or Sunday?
I have seen service dogs at the Segerstrom in the past. Of course, you should always call to confirm. Be sure to avoid calling during lunch hour or when the office first opens (around 10am).
Believe you have to go to box office during certain hours day-of.
Not sure as I never needed the number you are looking for. They might have a 3rd party that takes care of all of the buildings. Perhaps a call to the manager of the building might help you.
So as mentioned, there are a few options, the cheapest being South Coast Plaza(free) with roughly an 8 minute walk. The parking structure will currently cost $12 cash, valet I'm sure more. You can prepay your parking if desired (scfta.clickandpark.com). This info is on their web site:
Call them directly
They have a coat check
The first answer is correct their calendar does not go into detail back that far. It's best to call Segerstrom Hall to find out.
It's in the multiple level parking structure. Attendant on duty.
You have to call the day you want to go at noon to see if they have senior rush tickets available.
You have to call each day, but more than likely they have some.
It's about 2 and a half hours.
I'm not sure what play you're talking about but here's the event calendar for the Center: https://scfta.org/events/calendar.aspx?mode=grid&event=0 Hope that helps.
No food or drink from outside is allowed.
Usually if there are open seats on alternate dstes, changes can be made for a small fee. However, the new seats should be the same or higher price as the original.
Free parking at South Coast Plaza anything closer you have to pay.
Depending on the time of the show, you could try your luck with any of the selling apps like offerup , letgo etc
Parking garage attendant should be able to direct you.
Alvin Ailey seems to be at this theater every other year. Doesn't look like they'll be here this year.
1:00 pm.
You can call the box office number on their website and buy the tickets over the phone or if you have a computer with internet access you can search for the specific performance on a specific date and purchase tickets online which will route you to Ticketmaster or another ticket selling agency.
e
No, you may be able to buy unsold tickets last minute at face value at the box office without the convenience or mailing fees only if the event is not sold out.
