I've been coming to this Chipotle for 20 years. Over the last year or so, it has fallen to pieces. The staff is lazy and incompetent, and management doesn't seem to care. I remember when a 15-person line would evaporate in minutes. Now the line barely moves. The food quality has gone down, and the portions have shrunk. Everyone has a bad attitude.

I have reached out multiple times and got in contact with customer care, but I have not heard anything back weeks. I was charged for one bowl twice in the restaurant. I paid with a card. I notified the cashier and she said that if I wanted a refund she would have to go get her manager. Of course I wanted a refund... so she went to get her manager and the cashier told me that she would have to give me a cash refund because I used a debit card. Then as she began to count out the money she told me that she could not give me my full refund because she did not have enough pennies. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I am not upset about the change. I am unhappy about how the situation was handled. At what point does this stop? If she was out of ones would she deny me even more of my money. This is unacceptable and I have been trying to reach someone for weeks.

Really disappointed with going in tonight and getting very small portions as well as not getting the things that I asked for on my bowl. I had ask for items several times and they still got it wrong. Thumbs down on food and service, Carnitas had an after taste like it was not fresh.

Agree with another few reviews, going downhill fast. They often turn off online ordering, I get it people are short staffed… But then you’ll come @7pm when it says they close @10 and they have a “sorry we are closed” sign up with people clearly still inside the restaurant picking up food. You’ll grab your order after having ordered ahead and ask if they have limes/lemons and the guy says “no” then turns away. You’ll order ahead and get there on time, wait 20 mins with no apology and a simple “looks like we have no steak” when you ask for your food. Zero customer service skills from front to back. Another time I came the lady in front of me and the man in front of her ordered a burrito and two employees tried closing said burritos and couldn’t. Its just food, I get it, first world probs. It’s not one bad experience, it’s at least 3. Someone with a little authority needs to clean this place up. It’s a hot mess. Go anywhere but this location.

That sounds typical of retail and restaurants. I'd just take the writeup and stay home.
