What separates In-N-Out Burger at all of its locations from all the other burger restaurants: 1) Personable, intelligent order takers all of whom speak fluent English and seem happy to be there taking your order. 2) Cooking staff highly focused on their tasks at hand (not standing around talking to each other while customers wait patiently for their order) 3) High quality food, fries made from fresh cut potatoes 4) Stores consistently have cleaned tables and mopped floors all throughout opening hours. 5) Fair prices for quality produced food = great value.

Fresh and Yummy Burger, Fries and Milkshakes! This location is very popular and every time I have gone there is a long line of cars but it moves fairly fast. There is one or two people helping to take the orders outside. Clean premises, Friendly, Professional and Efficient staff.

Usually I don't give many 5 star reviews. They need to do something outstanding. In n out is a 4 star all the time, great food just always crowded and takes alittle time to get your food. Went to San Ramon one at 1000 PM on a Saturday night. Ordered and got my food quickly. They had a person at the street, at the end of the drive thru line taking orders to speed up things. Also, was staffed pretty deep some they could crank out the orders. I have been driving by this one place off and on for 20 years. Always a long line at night especially Friday and Saturday. Will definitely stop here again with the great service.
