The theatre is really good, and movie watching experience is amazing. The food is really disappointing. It's fairly pricy but the quality is poor. It doesn't taste that good or has missing ingredients and they could offer some better options as well.

Experience of the movie and setting was great. Very clean and spacious and timely service on food and drinks. I give it 3 stars more than anything because of the food and pricing. Seeing that tickets weren't that expensive you can already be forewarned/assume that they'll get you in other areas but a $22 pasta dish that was decent, not great, followed by an additional $9 for shrimp is crazy to me. Not to mention the server didn't specify how much each additional protein would be. Options being chicken, shrimp, or seabass. On top of that my expensive cocktail tasted more like an aggressive limeade than anything. Movie theater seating was very comfy and quality of the picture was great; though I noticed a few times when the screen seemed a little cramped for the frame but maybe that was just me. All in all will definitely go back but know better than to order a full meal during the movie.

Let’s start with the website, it is the worst! I have been purchasing tickets through the website for the past year and I cannot get my tickets I just purchased under my tickets! I get 0 rewards! Immediately after purchasing tickets and for hours after, tickets do not show up. The my account section doesn’t work ever! When ordering food from the theater, 90%+ times have to ring the bell because something doesn’t get delivered and we have to buzz them; there’s been times that it takes over 30 minutes and multiple buzzing. Food is good but more often than not it arrives warm and flavor is not good. Popcorn is butter flavored with no butter to add! That is just unAmerican!

I love the coziness of the theater and it is usually very clean which is nice. They have a good menu selection and staff seemed to have improved a lot over the last few months, with service being quicker and them actually remembering/bringing the full order. The loss of one star is due to mediocre food at high prices... Even the drinks are not that great but priced pretty high for what you get.... Also, sometimes the online booking system is faulty when trying to purchase tickets online. Otherwise I do love coming to this theater...

Not much. Because people can order food and eat at their seats. I brought wipes to wipe the seats and table. It’s does says you need to wear a mask inside the theater but no one will say anything even though you’re not because you could be eating.
