Dr sends over a "stat" Rx..."too bad" says the positively delightful pharmacy tech. This location, at Miss & Peoria is also never more than 40% stocked. Honestly, it's THE WORST Walgreens store I've ever been to

This Guy

The guy that was giving me my medication was talking about my personal information out loud in front of other people which in return people were looking at me afterwards. I felt very embarrassed that he was sharing such personal information out loud. I would think that there would be HIPAA laws that would protect my privacy. After telling the guy at the pharmacy to not speak about information like that out loud he just completely ignored me and then I said it again to him and still he just ignored me didn’t even acknowledge the fact that he was spewing out information no one else needs to hear. Extremely unprofessional

Absolutely unacceptable pharmacy poor service hours! They use to have 24hrs NOT ANYMORE! Sadly hospital and Doctors still don’t know this. Because they continue to send us here. They now open late, close for lunch and close early!!! Ridiculous! I presences the clerk w red hair being RUDE TO AN ELDERLY MAN! Besides coughing everywhere and being rude at the other customers in Drive thru! He asked about meds not being covered by Ins and she threw the box of eye drops! Horrible attitudes and ugly mess all over store! No matter what time you walk in, it is very difficult to get around the store. There’s boxes, and warehouse carts! Their shelves are empty or unorganized. I am not sure what ever happened to our neighborhood Walgreens. Obed lived here 16 years and I will now travel to Green Valley Ranch just to get great service. I hope someone contacts me about this. Because it is true story!!!

We didn't come here by choice, but because the hospital ended up sending a prescription here. This place does not have the staff it needs in the pharmacy. Wait lines are 30 minutes plus. They don't have enough seating for people with disabilities. Then like all Walgreens they are over priced and sometimes double what you can get the same product for at Walmart. Don't go to this or any other Walgreens. We ended up having to leave without our medication because the line was too long. This impacts people's health and they just don't care.
