Placed an order where you could get 15% off from an in-store pickup. Placed the order about 7:00 p.m. Saturday and went to pick up the order when the store opened on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Was informed that the manager of the store had advised the associate to cancel the order so that the items could be put back into stock. This despite the email advising me that my order was ready stated that I had three days to pick up the order. Very poor customer service to a new, and never returning, customer.

Sally Beauty always has what I'm looking for and more. The staff is friendly & helpful. Like any Sally's you'll pay a bit more for your products but you'll be happy you found them.

Extremely rude employees. I got a buy one get one free product and they added 8 dollars to my order when it automatically made one free and would not change it back. The women behind the counter took 20 minutes to figure out how their register works and kept trying to use my debit card as a giftcard. Very rude by following me and my daughter around the store. It will be the last time i ever visit this store. It used to be a decent store.

Decent selection of items like most Sally's, but I avoid going to this one if I can. Staff uncomfortable, seem to want customers to leave the store. One girl sighed very loudly when asked questions or when people came up to the register, seemed unwilling (or maybe unknowledgeable) to answer questions about products. Better to know exactly what you need ahead of time or try a different shop.
