The customer service is great. Although most of the plants I buy dies within a week, even though I take good care of them. I feel like some are cut off from other plants, and replanted for sale. It’s more than a coincidence. It’s still a nice place to buy.

I did buy about 20 plants n trees from them before. I have asked to get a quote to get landscaping design. Was told that the owner will contact me. Never got a response. This happened twice. Went in to get about 100 hedges n trees to completely redo our 2 acres. Was there for over a hour picking out the tree with a helper with a promise of a minimum 5% discount for such a large order. When it came to paying, the manager on site said no discount with no explanation and just walked away.
