My wife showed up for an appointment. They stressed she be there at a specific time, which is not only reasonable but expected. She waited for three hours without being seen. This isn't a new issue. Over a decade ago I went to the ER at this hospital. They put me in a room and I sat for two hours before leaving and being seen promptly in Polson. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

ER & BILLING DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE. ER stands around twiddling their thumbs unable to assist someone chocking & has to call ambulance to transport them. Takes forever to figure out what hospital will take a chocking patient. Ambulance gets called to a critical & chocking patient gets to sit their waiting for another ambulance to come. Billing Department does not respond to anyone just sends you a bill. Then when they do call it is to threaten you saying you need to pay your bill in full or pay monthly or it will be sent to collections. But did not call to return your call just wanted money. Finally get to talk to someone and told me we will try to lower your bill because it’s expensive bill for the service. When I never went in an ambulance, never got any IV fluids, & no one even did anything besides a Covid Test & a small can of soda. They left me with my wife in the ER room alone still chocking. Finally what I was chocking on went down. I think if a hospital cannot do anything then they should not bill you. To this day never lowered my bill for doing nothing for me & keep sending me a bill. Will not be going to any hospital here In Ronan, MT or Polson, MT. (LAW SHOULD BE CANNOT DO ANYTHING CANNOT BILL YOU FOR MEDICAL HELP)

Excellent service. The providers, nurses and CNAs are so kind and caring! The imaging department went above and beyond and helped me get my mammogram covered with a grant! Lab draws are quick and painless! Thank you all!

I am not someone to typically write a review, but the amazing customer care and follow up of one hospital employee was so over and above that it should not go unmentioned! The reason for 5 stars is specific to one "stand out" employee. We don't know his last name but "Jeff" from the imaging department took a situation where there were repeated errors, repeated loss of information falling through the cracks and no return calls for days, etc. from clinic and other departments and made it right. My husband has coronary artery disease and the stress was mounting while waiting for results. Not only was he proficient and professional in conducting testing but made multiple calls on our behalf to ensure we found out as much as he was allowed to relay to us. We did not have to spend another weekend with zero information on his heart because people were "out" of the office. Jeff, we THANK YOU and St. Luke's is very fortunate to have someone like you looking out for patients!!
