So really good people but I can’t stand what just happened. Picked up a pair of turbos for my BMW and man they really messed up. So both turbos have the same intake side meaning the rear turbos coolant lines will not fit do to the fact they are running both fronts. Super dumb mistake. I guess this place is a hit or a miss. Ended up just ordering new ones online but still need to get my refund when they open since they’re closed on weekends. Note to self. Never rush anything, rushed never comes out good or right. Again can’t believe they put on both front pieces of the turbo when the front and rear are different. Let that sink in

Went in for a rebuild on the turbo. (Oem) Managed to install the wrong actuator on the turbo, so I am boosting only 7 psi instead of 14.7 . The mistake wasn't the problem as much as his demeanor was. I was surprised at all of the excuses that were made, and not one time did this guy ever apologize and or show any kind of humility. Turbo performance?? Can't even dial in an oem turbo.
