Just want to give a shout out to Daniel in the maintenance department couple of weeks ago we had some clogs in our unit and he did an incredible job with the repairs and his patients and his excellent customer service with myself and my wife, great job I can see him easily as a project manager for any company sincerely ,Gus A Penaranda,Apt 220, The pointe at Warner Center..

Let me start by saying, I really enjoyed my time as a resident here and didn't want to leave! From the friendly staff, overall cleanliness and the amenities-- they are all awesome. I especially loved the fact they had a TV room with speakers and also a cool lounge with an arcade machine with over 50+ games and a pool table. This place will really stand out from all other apartment buildings I know within the next few months as the technology to get into the building will be newer and make the ease of access a lot better. The new manager, Alexis, is passionate to make this place even better which is good to know as a resident since your ideas/concerns will actually be taken into consideration. I wouldn't have moved if I did not have to, but anyone considering The Pointe at Warner Center should know that it's a great place to live and the location is perfect as there are a lot of places to eat, shop and hangout with friends.

I have lived here for a year, and have been happy with my apartment and the facilities and amenities. Alexis, the on-site manager, is quite helpful and proactive; Alexis' efforts are very much appreciated for ensure a quality living experience. Very pleased with current management and maintenance teams.

Clean and quiet apartment. Amenities are okay. Wish the gym equipment was updated, a bit old. The upcoming renovated pool area will look amazing. The newer buildings around have better amenities for the same price. so I would say the high rent may not be justified for new tenants. There is an abundant number of pot smokers in and around the building just FYI. Maintenance and office staff are nice and friendly and very very helpful. Free coffee in the lobby? Please and thank you!
