If you have children, Dr. Macapal (Dr. Mac) is the doctor you want. Very responsive. I'll message him in the middle of the night and get a response as soon as they open, sometimes before they open. Very honest, caring and professional.

Why is there not a testing site for Covid at Kaiser in Fairfield ca ? Why is there no hotline for covid at Kaiser ? Kaiser is my insurance , why is this information not being made available to everyone . I have called Kaiser so many times to schedule a test . . The phone system keeps hanging up on me . Update ::: there is a hotline now . Thank you .

The lady checking for COVID at the entrance was helpful. The security dude that works at the lab entrance is straight up tripping. Lucky for him I’m with my mother and father. Situation wouldn’t be fun for him if it wasn’t for that fact. Hospital should consider an actual admin to facilitate the lab line. Security is just not qualified to deal with it.

No. Medical Clinic not open on weekend and certain holidays. However, Hospital labs in Vacaville and Vallejo are open weekends including pharmacy.

Not sure if they do it on weekends, but during weekdays they start at 1:30pm right in front of the entrance. Or at least thats what they were doing two weeks ago when I took my mom.
Just go to records second floor in Fairfield. I had the same issue. They were able to find mine with my personal info.
The lab hours are approximately starting at 7 am HOWEVER Kaiser is Strongly urging you schedule an appointment for LAB work due to distancing mandates. Appointments are seen immediately, no waiting. I use to just drop in but I'm loving the scheduled appointments for Lab work. The end lab hours maybe between 5 pm to 7pm.

If you mean after 5 late evening appointments, the answer is no. They will however fit you in to be seen for same day immediate need during regular hours. After hour urgent needs are referred to Vacaville or Vallejo hospital.
