I have been coming to 3 sites of OLE HEALTH Medical Services in Napa for 7 years. I give the doctors 5+ stars, no question. The General Medicine doctors have made 6 specialty referrals because they LISTENED to me; And that has vastly improved my life. Dietitian was also 5+ stars. Nurses and etc are easily 4.5 stars. If I go to OLE Health in person, the office people at computer are quick. Since Covid-19 I have also had telephone, and tele-video doctor visits that were as excellent as in-person. Twice I have included my spouse in my doctor visits and they were included and respected. I have not used the Nurses advice line or the Dental Services. I recommend signing up to the Portal/App to understand your medical status, receive messages, review information and test results, and MOST important to easily message your doctor. If I am CALLING INTO the office for any reason, I use the automated call-back option. This makes it so I can enter my telephone number in a queue to be called back a.s.a.p. without waiting forever on hold, for a call of any reason. If you wait on hold, you will get very impatient and it doesn't get you help any sooner. The ONLY reason to WAIT ON HOLD is if you are calling at 7 a.m. for an emergency same day appointment. These are very limited.

I have a broken shoulder and was refused anything for pain. Horrible place, I have to tell the Dr's where I need to go. They take NO time or interest in my health and well being. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here.

Kate Donnelly has been so great to me. She's the best doctor I've ever had.!! She has seen me so many times, I can't even remember all the things she's seen me for. But she has always been great.
