I stay at super 8 all over and there are definitely nicer ones but this one is still nice and clean.

The Super 8 is a perfect family hotel, that is dog friendly. The hotel is small, only two floors. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We stayed in a double queen. The room included two queens, a table, chest of drawers, end table, single sink with lots of counter space, and tub shower. There is limited vending, but you are close to everything. The ice machine is found on the first floor behind the office. The hotel offers a basic, standard breakfast. It is located directly adjacent to a grocery and a number of restaurants. There are also a couple coffee shops within walking distance, and the veteran's memorial and related trails are also a short walk way from the hotel. It is also near a couple auto parts, hardware, and sporting goods stores. The Super 8 sits on the north side of Hamilton. And allows for easy access to the fairgrounds/arena, the area restaurants, and the many fishing holes found along US93.

Rooms and amenities are fine. What in our experience separates the Super 8 in Hamilton, MT and other similarly priced establishments was the exceptional customer service. We stayed at the Super 8 in Hamilton due to a family illness in the area. They were quick to to assist me in correcting a reservation issue (made with a third party company - that was my fault) and then went above and beyond to make sure of a comfortable stay of my family and I during a difficult time. Whether it was assisting us in a request or just a smiling face and friendly service, every interaction with a Super 8 employee - from front desk to manager - was wonderful. Only place I'll stay in Hamilton, MT now.
