Been going there for a week, gym is nice, clean, huge, equipment always available. Never have problems with staff, but im there not to socialize, just workout. Best gym so far.

Been trying to cancel my membership for years but they keep saying I had to come in person. I wasn’t able to and they said I had to call back later in hopes of getting a manager on the phone. You should be able to cancel your membership anytime online or by phone.

The pool temperature seems consistently low. My child goes there for swim lessons and both him and the teacher are shivering in the pool. Apparently the swim instructors have asked multiple times for them to get the proper temperature in the pool and the facility hasn't done this. I recently sent an email request into City sports to see if they can fix this and I will update this review if they do so.

I go to a lot of gyms because I travel overseas, and this club is by far one of the nicest and most complete. Everything is very modern and up-to-date and the facilities are very clean.

No you will need to get a membership or a free trial pass....
Well. You'd need a ball. Jk. You'd need to go when it's not busy.
They do offer personal training services. So far I've liked using them, very helpful and knowledgeable. I go once a week for 25 minute sessions each time. You can do more sessions, it all depends on what you are looking to get out of it. As for the showers, nothing is going to be as clean as your own home. But i will say they have simone on duty who comes by to clean and mop the shower area. From what I've seen the shower and restrooms seen to be a priority area for them as they come by quite often.
Yes.25 yards indoor swimming pool Take a look to the pics
$30 to $40 per person
Yes.
5am
No.
Showers yes, free yoga class yes. No free swim class. There are no free swim classes anywhere in the bay area in any gym. Swimming is a very high risk exercise especially if someone does not know how to swim. It is unlikely to get a free swim class anywhere.
