On July, 11, 2022, I visited the UPS store on 400 West Broadway in Missoula to have a German government form notarized. The form is written in 3 languages: German, English and French. I was helped by a friendly, service oriented male associate. He listened, read the form, made sure that the information provided was accurate, then notarized the form. Upon my request, he added postage and placed the letter in the mailbox. This man is an employee the business can be proud of.

Every time I come to this location, they make the experience as seamless, easy, and approachable as possible. I am continuously blown away by the level of customer service at this UPS location. As someone who has lived all over the world, and truly appreciates customer service, this should be your go to shop for mailing copying printing or any other thing that you need to do that UPS serves. Today I had a truly exceptional experience, supported by Mike, Edric & Jessica!! It was so truly exceptional I was compelled to leave this review. Thank you all UPS staff at this location!

Regular customer, 4 years. This place doxxes people. Troy? they are excited to see you, they pay their bills with your info. That is why Scott felt it important to own it. and to aggressively and wrongfully terminate an employee. I'll let the Human Rights investigation submission linger some for ya.

Not sure why there’s bad reviews here? The owner did great and I walked in on a employee being fired. She sounded like she deserved it too. I was being helped by Edric who rather than stop what he was doing, just continued to help me out and be a good guy. 12/10 for your shipping needs and beware of the crazy ex-employee who doesn’t know ho to chill
