I have a 2019 Nissan Versa Note and my rear windshield decided it didn't wanna work. Brandon took the time to search his stock and try to trial and error his way to find me the right wiper replacement. Brandon was awesome and super helpful

Amanda was beyond helpful. I don’t know the first thing about cars, and she helped me to make sure that I was getting the correct headlight for my car, even replaced it for me, right out front. I am just so grateful, I cannot recommend her customer service enough.

Bought a set of replacement bulbs, that were the wrong size. After trying to fit them on my car the manager said I couldn't return them because they were open. Even though I had literally told her I'd be back in if they didn't fit, as I was purchasing them. Better communication would be appreciated especially about return policies. If you think you might need to return a piece of equipment/materials, check in with Orielly down the street instead, they do accept returns.

This is my neighborhoods Autozone, the staff is always polite and the store is well maintained and well kept. Can't say that about this one customer who was in line at the check out in front of me, he asked the clerk and made a comment about homeless people. The question that he asked was where are the homeless people that were around and the clerk replied well there's not much of s problem anymore because security covers the ares now, she then asked why and the customer replied "because I kill them especially the ones on bicycles" he then walk off after paying and the clerk was in shock as to what he just told her. I could believe what I had just heard either. I recommended that they make contact with Corona PD, posted are pictures of the guys and his truck out in front of my neighborhood Autozone. Corona PD was notified by the great employees of Autozone and myself.
