I just bought my second car from Culver City Volvo and I can't say enough nice things about how it went. I worked with Charlie ahead of time to get exactly what I wanted, and he surprised me and worked it out so I would get a longer range battery on my plug in hybrid that I didn't even know would be available! Above and beyond and an all around great guy. Erick was super helpful too on my test drive - I'm an engineer so I had a lot of questions and he was so smart and knowledgeable and patient. Florin was great with me getting all the paperwork signed - Can you believe I showed up, traded in a car, and was out the door with my new one in an hour? I didn't know that was possible! Smart, efficient, and a kind dude. Anthony was my dude for helping me learn all the features of my beautiful new car. He made sure I was totally set up before I left the lot and was so great telling me about all the new gadgets. They've got a really great team at Culver City Volvo, I would definitely recommend you buy your next car there!

The crew is extremely polite, informative, helpful, and efficient. I was just surprised of how little the physical dealership is. However it seems they are improving their interiors and main room looks modern, streamlined with minimalistic decor. But most importantly, the crew, is fantastic.
