Terrible customer service from John. Came in 1/2 @ 5:30pm to process an online return for a mispackaged product. John refused to processed my return and told me to come back in the morning. When I asked why, they told me they drop cash in the safe at a certain time (completely irrelevant) when my product was paid by credit card. It appears they don’t take care if their customers here and will not provide post sale service. Avoid this store or go across the street to O’reilly’s.

I've been an AutoZone client for many years and have always been treated honestly and with respect... I specially want to extend a special thank to "Monica and Rudy" because they have both gone way beyond their calls of duty by always helping my family and I with our car problems... There isn't enough words to describe how thankful my family and I are for all their help and I would hope that Corporate Office will reward them for being so helpful to us and to all their AutoZone customers... Keep up the great work guys 🙂👍

The person that helped me that day was great! Unfortunately I forget his name, BUT I do know he was the manager. Being the manager he was very knowledgeable in his products. I had gotten a nice surprise as well while asking for parts! He had said that with the rotors I was buying that I can get 20% or so off the brakes that I was buying as well, I got there expecting to pay $200+, but only ended up paying 185 because for the brakes I had gotten $22 off! It was awesome!

From the time I called them to ask if they had my part in stock (they had one left & put it on hold for me) until the time they carried it out to my Lyft ride, they went above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely awesome!!!! Thank you AutoZone team.
