Need more skating helpers not enough to go around for little kids, especially when adults or older kids use them.

We did a very small company gathering here - the ice was freshly zambonied, the staff was very helpful, and we all had a great time. We had rented the whole rink for ourselves due to covid risks and they were very accommodating.

I love Woodland Ice Center! If they are at capacity they will allow you to rent skates and skate in the pond.

We went skating during the public open skate session. We didn't rent skates but they have a large quantity of ice skates to rent. This place does not have ice skate sharpening.

It's too warm out. The ice was turning into slush last week, so they closed it down for the season
We do not have rental helmets. It is an investment we are studying, but haven't been able to purchase yet (possibility of donations here). You can use things like ski or bike helmets just fine. We only rent skates for the rink. Pond skating is very rough on the equipment and we tend to lose equipment if it goes outside our walls. thanks for your questions
For Open Skate, adults at $7 + $3 for rentals. Kids are $6 and includes skates.
Not this year. Need more volunteers to cover the hours. You don’t have to be an FVHA member to volunteer. Check the website for the calendar or contact us to volunteer.
