This was our 6th year at Glacier Meadows, and they never disappoint. Great owners and staff, clean bath house and star link this year which was great. We will be returning next year.

Nice place. Off leash pet area which our dogs enjoyed. Great location to be able to split the distance between the east and west entrance of Glacier National Park. Camp hosts were very friendly.

Keep on looking Wish I could be writing a positive review about this place, but save yourself the trouble and keep looking for another place to stay. We booked for 2 weeks but left early due to some big concerns we had. They ask you to dump you’re gray tank on the ground in your own site. In the same breath they say it is bear country and ask you not to put trash in the dumpsters after 9pm and before 6am. Does not make sense to me I can dump my kitchen gray tank on my site. The build up of food particle and old milk from our kids bottles were not pleasant as bugs soon found their new home. They will only will come pump out your black tank. We asked the initial camp host if we could go dump our selves at their station but we were told no. But another host told us as we were leaving we could go flush out. The same camp host who told us we could not flush out told my husband he just opens his gray tank into his black. We were so disgusted by this as this means his black and grey are mixing. SO when he dumps his gray tank on his site he is dumping some of his black tanks as well. Again not too sure about these sanitization practices. The check in process took 40 minutes, which seemed excessive after a 6 hours drive. The older lady host read the rules to my husband twice using her highlighter. It was so patronizing. She asked several times if we had animals even after telling her no. She was very unkind and unprofessional. Not to mention the office area smelt of feces. It is not BIG RIG friendly. Our 25 ft water hose we have been using at several other parks was not long enough with the way they are set up. We had to purchase an additional hose just for this site. The sites are very tight. It seem they are trying to make the spaces wider, but I’m unsure as things were explained poorly. We got a very old panic table and got many splinters trying to use it. Yet on some very empty sites they had new ones. You would think you would move the nicer picnic table to the site that would be there for 2 weeks. We were placed in front of the ramada area. We were not told there would be a wedding there until after several days we were there. I do not understand why we would be placed in front of the ramada and why the wedding party was not. None the less on a rainy day while I was working my kids and husband were unable to use the Ramada and play ground area due to the amount of car park just in front of our site. We have never had such a poor experience and felt so uncomfortable somewhere. Only nice thing I have to say is they have a great view and my Starklink worked so I was able to work….. oh but the hosts will “rent” you their Starklink as well. Which I’m sure is against Starlink policy. We would never stay here agin.

This campground is in a great location for visiting Glacier NP, but I would never recommend it due to the rudeness and confrontational attitude of Randy & Allison who are the managing couple for this campground. They made their own rules for each site and it felt like they were trying to control everyone. They took away our parking spot to put a tent on it the entire time we were there. They also allowed the gray water tanks from RV's/campers to run onto the sites. They did offer black water tanks to be emptied by Randy with their mobile unit, but not sure letting the gray water run onto the sites is a clean procedure to allow. The bathrooms were supposed to be closed and cleaned daily at 10:30 and again Randy would close them whenever it was convenient for him (anywhere between 10 & 11:30 while we were there) and he would leave them closed up to 4 hours at a time! And some of these days he didn't even clean them or empty the trash!! This happened on the day of the half marathon in the area which several of the campers at this campground participated in. They came back to have the bathrooms closed until 4:30 this day! This is terrible customer service! Every time we would see Randy & Allison they would make rude comments that we had too many people on our site and tell us they were going to charge us more than we owed. If we tried to ask any questions about when the bathrooms would be opened or whey we could get our tanks emptied, we would be ignored or just blown off like we weren't talking to them. There are too many other places in the area for camping so keep looking around and make your reservations elsewhere. It is not worth the trouble of having to be treated with complete rudeness from these people when you are trying to enjoy a vacation to this beautiful area! Again, don't book here - terrible service overall!!!!

Pets are allowed on leash. Flathead county has the strictest dog ordinances in the state so mind your animals!

Good afternoon. We are interested in your RV Park to stay 2 or 3 months at a time in the summer/fall. Can you tell me if you have sewer hookups and 50 amp service please? Thank you.

They have sewer, water and electricity hookups like all standard campgrounds. Because it's in a remote area bordering GNP, sites fill up VERY fast in tourist season. Call GMC for info.
