Unfortunately, I can't actually review the ranch, just their customer interaction. I bought a gift certificate for my wife to have four riding lessons sometime between March and September. My wife tried to get in touch with them at the end of September to schedule things (our fault, I get that). They replied on October first and said she'd missed the window, so now she can only have three lessons. Okay, fine. Trying to get in touch with these people has been difficult to say the least. They evidently don't answer calls, and take days between answering text messages, if they answer at all. At this point I'd be happy getting my money back (even just half) and calling it a day, but we can't even get in touch with them to ask about that.
