stephanie( the apartment manager) is awesome!! she is very understanding and professional. we have never had any issues with her or the maintenance crew. everything is kept up and anything that needs fixes is done in a timely manner.

The employees at the Ridge of Haysville are outstanding and very helpful. Stephanie and Monica always go out of their way to make sure all the residents are happy and the maintenance guys are always top notch. All of The Ridge employees are friendly, helpful, they make me feel safe in my home and just absolutely outstanding. I do not like doing things like this but the Ridge is an exception

I have lived here for over a year now and I have had a great experience. I plan to continue here until I am able to buy a home or my needs change. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and the office staff are always friendly. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area!

I love it here! I do not believe the review about The girls in the office are amazing and very helpful! I have lived here for 5 years and never once have I seen any of them being unprofessional or condescending in any way. I interact with them at lease once a week, mostly just for conversation. When I have any issue they are right there to resolve it and make me feel like they truly care about not only me but the entire community. In my opinion, that review is in itself a lie made by a person who wasn’t following the rules and didn’t like the outcome. The girls in the office are the best we have had in the past 5 years we have lived here!
