No customer seating area , an oil change took an hr and 45 mins . The guy helping me seemed like he was in a bad mood and i was a bother . They didnt go over anything w me ? Ill never go back to this service center .

Dropped off my truck at 2:20 to get 4 tires mounted. Nick told me should be done in 2 hours, but we’ll call you. At 4:30 I get a call to advise me of recommended repairs, but tires are still not mounted. Nick says maybe another 30 mins. At 5:30, I call to see if truck is ready. No one answers. I call six times with no answer. Finally at 5:41 Nick picks up and immediately puts me on hold. While I’m holding, I get a call from Nick and I tell him I’m holding on the other line and that I’ve been calling to see if truck is ready. He says it will be ready in 5 minutes (so still not done) but shop closes at 6 so hurry to pick it up! Are you kidding me? Less than 20 mins to get across town and pick up my truck which they haven’t even completed! I told Nick I was on my way but I’m across town. He could have told me no worries, we’ll wait for you but no, instead I race across town to make it before closing! And guess what? I still had to wait to close my RO!! Horrible horrible customer service. Will never come to this location again. Nick, you would be well served to refresh your customer service skills.

Only one light came up on my dashboard so I went because I didn’t want my car to get messed up. But as I start driving 3 or 4 light popped up and my car jerks as a I driving. Which never had a problem with that before. Do not go … Isaac was my mechanic don’t recommend sorry

We took our van because it was stalling and to get diagnosed but instead they spent 3 days allegedly trying to recreate the problem. Even if they did recreate how would that have helped? Why would we make that up? We spent $100 for them to drive our car essentially. When the car was returned our gas was still at half a tank which causes us to believe they hardly drove it. Waste of Time! This pep boys shop did not meet my expectations at all. I was very dissatisfied with the service they gave me. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.
