My dog is a 15 month old chocolate lab. I have always given him baths at home, but he needed his nails trimmed so I decided to take him to PetsMart and get his first professional grooming done. I was so pleased with all the grooming staff! They all greeted me and my dog with enthusiasm as soon as we walked in the door. They were very knowledgeable about his breed and made recommendations for his skin and coat after taking a “hands on first-look” at him. He has sensitive skin so they used the shampoo that was best for him and he is not itchy at all! When the appointment was finished, they called and let me know he was ready for pick-up. When I got there, they brought him out and gave me all kinds of great information on ear care and shedding. It was a great experience for me and my fur-baby! We’ll definitely go back monthly.

Both our dogs love the PetSmart doggy daycare. We have also used the PetSmart Pet Hotel. Both experiences have been positive for us and our dogs. I especially like the staff. They are friendly to us and sweet with our pups.

We are so happy with the grooming department here!!!! We had an appointment at another place and they cancelled last minute. It is my baby shower Sunday so we wanted out pup to be nice and clean for that. This PetSmart was able to get him in, and he's a big boy, and we are so happy!! He looks so good! And was so happy when we got him back! The staff was very friendly and his groomer Zach did an AMAZING job!!!! We will absolutely be back!!!!!!!! Thank you PetSmart!!!!!!

Yes the adoptable cats on Saturdays and Sundays are towards the front of the store, the rest of the week they are right padt the fish tanks.
Mr. Sung PetSmart does carry a couple different kinds. I have purchased several over the years and in my opinion the more "humain" unit is great. it only shocks if the dog barks three or four times consecutively so fido will learn quickly not to bark however if he needs to voice his opinion about something he can wirhout consequence.
