Cashed a check and asked for $30 in rolled quarters.... surprise they will only provide $10 on personal accounts. I was told I can visit other branches if I need the additional $20 rolled quarters...... what a major inconvenience and poor customer service. The teller asked to buy $100.00 in rolled quarters from the other teller near her, then gives me the explanation she can only provide me $10. Mind you it was lunch hour, parking lot was empty and I was the only person inside using in person teller service. Thanks but no thanks, won't visit this brach for future transactions. I guess I should appreciate the fact the teller offered to call other branches to see if they had quarters....... are you kidding me!!! When I cashed the check, I indicated I would like $30 in rolled quarters, at that time you never indicated you could only give me $10. It wasn't till after you told the other teller you only had $10 in quarters and asked to buy $100 from her, which I then said I could go to her window and get the other $20 to make it easier. I've worked with banks...... you can either take care of the customer or you cannot, be transparent and upfront.

I waited around 20 minute and the lady came and said there is no one to help and wait time is 1 hour. This should be a joke
