So I've shopped here a few times and I gotta say a few things. One: customer service is absolutely amazing. It's always fun to have a conversation with the guys there. Two: Their selection is massive and very reasonably priced. They always have a decent stock of ammo. Finally, yes they crack jokes. Yes they might seem a bit spicy to some folk. Y'all need to lighten up and live a little.

Very friendly staff. Didn't buy anything THIS time, but staff took the time to chat with me on options of what I wanted. Also, walk in the door and was IMPRESSED with supplies! WOW. Pleasant experience.

Worst gun shop around, bought a brand new 40 round drum magazine and it came broken. Asked for an exchange for another one or a refund of my money. They were rude & disrespectful. Told me no, and that I have to deal with it. I will never step another foot into their door again. Selling faulty and broken products is not how you go about business. I can understand if it was for a gun or ammo but I literally just bought this yesterday took it home and took it out the package and loaded it into my gun and it wouldn’t even lock into place. Terrible absolutely terrible my guy. Never again.

Came into the store with my dad and my 7 year old daughter looking for a youth .410. My dad told me stories about coming to Dong’s when he was a kid, how it was a cool place. We come in and its crowded around the gun counter with no one getting helped. One of the employees comes walking by behind the counter and knocks the .410 we were looking at on the ground and just leaves it and walks off. My dad stuck his head over the counter to get a better look at the gun and one of the punks sitting on his computer yells,” get back no one is allowed behind the counter.” Then keeps mouthing as we leave. Real class act. Went down the road to Sports world and they hooked my daughter up and treated us right. Don’t waste your time here.
