The last few trips, 4-5, has been lackluster. The meat has been old and burnt. I love the queso though so if the meat looks bad we just get more beans and it's pretty good. For its simplicity and customizability it's worth going. But I've been to better locations.

As soon as I walked in, I was worried that it was closed. It took a little for anyone to greet me and when they did, they seemed annoyed I was there. They had the door open and there were flies EVERYWHERE. I have never been to a bad qdoba until today. The food was not good- stale, burnt, and cold. If you are reading this and want to make the drive, go to tulsa hills.

I used to love qdoba, but recently when I get food from here it is the worst experience with a restaurant I’ve ever had. If I go in, the employees are incredibly slow and just kind of mess around. I waited in line for 20 minutes as second in line while they just chatted with the person in front of me. I ended up just leaving and not getting any food! I’ve been hesitant to order food from qdoba and when I do, it’s few and far between because within the last year, the food quality has gone down tremendously. I ordered food today hoping what used to be a favorite of mine, pulled itself together.... not at all. My order was completely messed up and there were ingredients missing as well as ingredients I didn’t even order in my food. The queso smelled so foul I had to toss it out and the chips AND chicken were burnt. The lettuce was wilted and so sour i had to spit it out. I’m so disappointed in how, specifically this location, has gone so far downhill and this set me over the edge to not come back.

Food was decent, but the service wasn't. The lady at the counter didn't seem to care much for me, as the customer. As someone who works in the food service industry, it is my persuasion that the employees should try their best to be a bright spot in the customers day, but the lady who helped me did not. The chips and salsa were very good, but it didn't seem like the ingredients in my burrito bowl were very fresh. I'm sure there are napkins somewhere, but I can't find them. The decor seems quite outdated and was not up to par with the other restaurants and shops on 71st St Tulsa.

They are suppose to be open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Maybe something happened but normally restaurants will put a sign saying why or I would call the store or corporate to see why
