It's the lack of customer service, especially from the night waitresses... they take forever on everything, 15 minutes to take your order, will not come back to refill anything... If u ask for anything it takes another 15 minutes. Another time she even brought a hamburger out with no meat. SMH They just sit down and talk to each other the whole time they work. 😒 (They've worked their for 6+ months) Customer service can make or break a business. They by far have the BEST authentic Mexican food in the Tulsa area. I have not been disappointed with any food they've cooked. I would recommend going through the drive-through or inside at Los Primos #3 location.

Awesome Mexican food. Have been there twice now and I'm glad we found this place. Large selection and drive through is convenient

I liked the Burrito with casio sauce. It was very good, so was the iced tea. The waitress was on the ball.

The food is always worth the bit of out of the way I go to reach such great tasting food. Two reasons it doesn't receive 5 stars 1. there is always a a barrier in being waited on at least the way I'm accustomed. 2. The food has always been perfect but the little building just doesn't match the ambience. I trust one knows not to be in a hurry or order ahead great food is worth it. It's To go orders don't come with compliment chips and salsa so be sure to add these to your on the go ORDER.
