Being an avid chef myself. The food was a 3 out of 10, and that's being kind. We received cheap little plastic utensils to eat our meal with in a go to container to eat in the restaurant. The hospitality was selective, and would give them a 2 out of 10. These people need to wake up with some real passion in serving real authentic Mexican food like other excellent Mexican restaurant I frequent. First impression was not a good one. I truly doubt I will being eating at this place in the future.

This place is going through the pandemic eating out of the 10 that you take your food home in plastic silverware the food was just okay it's very dimly lit inside it's an older place it just didn't seem like you know the fun Mexican restaurants that I'm used to like margaritas on Rosemead Boulevard in Don Cuco in Newhall maybe once they can get some more hired help they can have a dishwasher and get everything back up to normal

First time since the pandemic. The dark cozy atmosphere always makes the eating experience complete. I had to eat my favorite chili Verde. They also have some of the best chips and salsa. There mixed drinks are so good. Glad to have had a little taste of what my normal life should be.

I love this place. It's got old-school ambiance, with a big bang cats (banquettes) and the lighting is perfect. It feels like a family-run place from way back, like the way old Los Angeles restaurants used to be.they don't have shrimp but they have crab and I got an amazing seafood chimichanga, and the ant got flautas for the first time, in chicken and she loved them it was all around such a great experience, the service is outstanding, the owner asked me how everything was, and I was really impressed with everything.
