Made an online order.. my phone said it was ready to be picked up i sent my bf to go get it. He could see his name on the screen but the employees had no clue what was going so he just left. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

90 percent of the time someone forgets something, the lady at the register was nice but everyone else was grumpy(possibly under paid and over worked), over all the experience was terrible

This is the second time in two weeks that my order has been wrong at the Ponca City, OK store. I gave them grace the first time but how do you get a cheese pizza from a deluxe pizza order?? I had to drive back to the store while my other 2 pizzas sat at home getting cold. They never said they were sorry or even offered a coupon for my trouble. When I asked about a $3 off of my next order (since we order from here frequently) she said the only thing she was authorized to do was remake my pizza or refund my money. How does that compute to good customer service?? So my compensation for driving to the store twice is for you to make my pizza correctly?!? This will be the last time I order from this establishment. We have other pizza places in this town but I've always been loyal to Domino's. That ends today....

Delivery driver took my pizzas and marked as delivered and never delivered pizza. Now we have to wait another 45min for order to be remade no apology no offer to discount nothing. Highly disappointed as someone who orders dominos regularly.
