The worst travel center I’ve been ever!!!!! They have only 18 prime parking even they can’t manage, they just don’t work!!! I’ve reserved parking spots at 12pm (of course I paid online) arrived here 11pm it was heavy rain that day… there weren’t any spots when I arrived, full of trucks!!! When I came inside and ask for spot they were very rude and definitely said to me that they can’t help me!!!! I drove all 11 hours and when I get the place where I could have some sleep they didn’t get me a spot also they were very very rude!!!! I would like to say the people who work in this place you have to manage your PRIME PARKING!!! Truck drivers are not playing all the way they work hard!!!! Value their work!!! Just respect them!!!!!

All is well here. Just the plates of food are very expensive. At Denny's you'll pay half the price. The pot roast Alacarte$8 plus $2.69 each side. with my 2sodas total came out to $20.32!!! half the meat was chunks of fat and green beans were undercooked like raw. i should have went to Taco Bell!

Nice new pilot, a lot of easy parking. Plenty of fuel islands in good working shape. The store inside is plenty big with a Taco Bell inside. They have a lot of washer machines, and many showers. What more could you ask for? It seems really nice and new. The only thing, is some of the concrete driveway seems to have cracked in a bad way, so be careful coming in here.

Food was surprisingly fresh at taco bell.. they fixed my order despite the fact they missed a few items. Cinnabon gave the kids free samples. We love the clean restrooms and will always choose pilot over other steps during road trips. .. this one did not disappoint.
