I came in unaware the pharmacy was closed for lunch hours. But asked the pharmacist what OTC medicine was best for nausea. She told me “she wasn’t on the clock so I cant help you.” Last time I checked a pharmacists oath was “I will consider the welfare of humanity and relief of suffering my primary concerns.” Not “im not on the clock”. Ill just make sure to cross the street to walgreens next time.

I’m not usually the one who posts horrible reviews but this CVS isn’t anywhere close to being staffed and it appears the staff they have doesn’t have any idea how to treat people. I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes just because I want to see how long it takes for them to get on the line. I’ve also been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I know they need help BUT they could and should be a little more courteous and respectful of the customers who call in.

Kid (Ryan) that was supposed to help with prescription was NOT helpfull, was rude and unprofessional. Smacked his gum while trying to tell us to just buy over the counter medicine rather than help with prescription.

The older woman I had an encounter with today was very rude for absolutely no reason. I needed to do a payslip and she would not even try to look at it. I understand the short staff and things like that because. A lot of us are dealing with it right now. But like come on.
