The customer service is awful!! The past month I’ve been twice and each time employees have an I don’t care attitude they work slow and act like it’s a burden for them to be asked for anything . They need better help here. It takes so long to get your order whether it’s busy or not. I will not come here anymore!

I recently moved to rural southeast Kansas from the Kansas City area, and I've really been missing having a Wendy's in town. I went down to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to do some shopping, and was excited to see they had a Wendy's there. I'm sure I already sound biased as a Wendy's super fan, but the employees were SO friendly. It was late at night and not busy, so my order was ready quickly and everything was perfect, but I actually ended up putting my car in park in the drive-thru and chatting with a young, married couple who both worked there. They were so nice and went above and beyond what I would expect a drive-thru worker to do in order to make a customer happy. I really recommend this place.

Just left after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru after finding out two people are being forced to run the entire restaurant by themselves. This goes directly to their management take care of your people or they will find a place that will. I have nothing bad to say about the employees they were working hard and very apologetic.
