Papa John's in bartlesville used to be my favorite pizza. Not anymore! Last 2 times I purchased pizzas they have been terrible! Crust tastes old and reminds me of cardboard. Ingredients don't taste fresh anymore. I wonder if it's new management. I won't be back. I do not suggest this place.

I ordered 5 heart shaped pizzas for my staff at lunchtime. All went smoothly until I opened the boxes and discussed 3 of them were on the verge of being burned. Definitely way too brown or well done. I called the store to let them know expecting a bit of empathy but none given. I have never ordered from them before and liked the novelty of the heart shape but will be hard pressed to order from them again.
