I had a reservation to pick up a truck at 9 o’clock at night so I did it online to do key pick up and not have to deal with the office since it was after hours. When I called to confirm everything was OK with the reservation he told me that that wasn’t an option and that he would be here to speedily do the process at the scheduled time. When we arrived everything was locked up and closed and no key was left. This delayed my move an entire day. The customer service I received was terrible and very dismissive of the issue. Never again with this location. Do not use.

For the most part it was a good experience. Was a little disappointed was not being acknowledged when we frist walked in.

The staff was very helpful in getting me the right equipment to tow another vehicle. This was a great Uhaul location to work with.

Nice guy running the counter. Problem is: it would have been nice to know about the high crime in the area before I reserved a van for 24 hours. I was told I couldn't park in the lot, if I parked outside the lot the police might tow my vehicle or the car could get stolen from the criminals in the area. Geez
