Excellent. Long lines and windy. Be prepared with a sweater or blanket. The actual haunted house is one of the best I’ve seen. Easily worth your money. In particular, the animated props are very well done, a couple of them really freaked me out. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but take note of anything involving meat. That section was particularly disturbing. I felt like I was in a real life apocalypse or maybe some part of fallout 3 that had been overrun with those irradiated former-humans.

It was my first time going to a haunted house but I had some experience with couple scary escape rooms so I knew what to expect more or less. We went there on Sunday night and the wait time was around 15-20 min only. We loved it, the actors, the visual effects/music, the animatronics were awesome! I already can't wait for next year. I recommend it to everyone who is interested in these stuff.

We went to the Fright Factory haunted house in Buckley WA tonight for the first time! It was absolutely incredible!! Awesome haunts around each corner! The animatromics and staff are superb! We have been to haunted attractions all over and the fright factory is the very best and even better then Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios! It was so awesome that we did it twice!! Terrific scary Halloween fun!! Loved it and will definitely return. Happy Halloween 2021! Thanks Fright Factory!!!

Love this haunted house. This is my favorite in the Puget Sound area. While I don't truly get scared at haunts, this one does have a few surprising moments. It also has the spinning optical illusion tube, which I love. Will keep coming back. We went on a Sunday and there was hardly anyone there, that being said, I went in 2019 and the lines were ridiculous and I bought a fast pass. For sure recommend either going early in the season or splurging on the fast pass. This one is fun, I do wish they had some other things to do there like maybe escape rooms, mazes, better areas for photo oops etc.

The only real age requirement is for volunteers. You must be at least 14 years old to work the haunt. The attraction is not recommended for the whole family. It is intense, with a wide variety of scare types and confusing areas. Probably best to leave the young ones at home.
Not suppose to touch the actors & actors won't touch you, takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk through
A bit of both. The line winds outside for a large part of the wait. And the maze is inside and out. Definitely wear a coat or jacket.
Opens at 7p. Closes at 11p.... I believe. It's a lot of fun!

I think it is wheelchair addressable!
I would NOT recommend for under 12. It is a very well done production.
