The beer here is so delicious. And the menu is unique. It's Noresmen/Viking themed foods. GET THE RUBEN BITES. My husband got the smashburger and I got the blackened sea salad that came with salmon. We cleaned our plates. I don't have any pictures of the Ruben Bites because we seriously gobbled them up. I can't wait to come back and bring our kids.

We went there when there was live music. Loved the atmosphere and the average age of the crowd. Drink menu was large!! Foods are pub-like type. While entree selections are small but the flavors are not. Will return for more 😍

Good beer, good prices, good service in a funky part of town. As someone just traveling thru I was glad to see a little neighborhood full of businesses and cars. The pink guava sour was very well executed. Too many places are making sours that are either too sour/funky, too fruity, or just don't taste like beer. This one is a great drinkable beer first, a sour second, and fruity third. The hazy pale ale again was very nice, adding just the right amount of character to a pale ale and not making it an IPA. I did find the scotch ale felt a little thin in the mouth however. It should also be noted my reviews were off of 3 samplers, and drinking a pint might be a different experience. Food was fine, but I'm kicking myself for not ordering one of their more inventive sandwiches. Had the double smash burger, and while a lot of elements were good, the bun, the variety of toppings that added a lot of character, and the fingerling potatoes, I feel it fell flat as a smash burger. Didn't get the crispy browning that's essential to the style. And then you're just left with two well done machined formed patties. Would be better as a single (preferably hand formed, but I get it, gotta charge more for that) so it's thick enough to serve medium/medium rare . While I didn't order one the cocktail menu looked very adventurous for a brewery, and it's always nice to see a bartender make up a custom drink on the fly for a patron based off a flavor profile.

We came down for a visit from Nebraska and absolutely loved the beers and atmosphere. We were able to meet and chat with two of the owners. Definitely a great spot and we will be making another visit.

Unless something has changed in the last week or so, the Norsemen itself doesn't serve food. KB Smokehouse usually operates out of a food truck in back but I haven't had meatloaf from them.
Yes they do in a growler
