Deikers is a business run out of a very old building in a historic part of cottonwood falls, KS. That being said they have excellent customer service and attention to detail. I have used Dieker's for many of my auto service needs and I am always satisfied with the service and customer experience! High Quality people doing high quality work.

I'm from south texas and was in the area hunting. Truck was loaded down and my tire started losing air quick. I didnt want to unload to change it and I found these guys nearby. Absolutely the best service I've ever had at a service shop not only that but they were extremely knowledgeable.

OMG, this business is always exceeding my expectations! So customer focused, honest, and genuinely kind people to provide service at a more than reasonable cost. I don't think I've ever experienced this kind of service for a vehicle! Picked up my car at my house, provided the service, brought it home, came back the next day to get it again for more service. Am I dreaming? Hands down, great group of people with excellent service!

My fiancee and I recently passed through Cottonwood Falls on a road trip from Portland, Oregon to Chicago (and back). We have a 2002 Chevy Malibu, and we prefer to keep the oil changed every 3,000 miles to prolong it's life. We left it at Dieker Oil for an oil change while we wandered around town, and they said they'd vacuum it and wash it, too. I didn't believe this, since we had 2,000 miles worth of bugs caked on our hood, as well as a back seat filled with hiking boots, coolers, CD cases, atlases, a wide assortment of snacks, and a large accumulation of Southern Utah dust. We came back after an hour with our car glistening like the day it was born, and the interior spotless. All our random travel stuff was still there, but I think they had actually vacuumed around and under it, and returned everything to it's exact place. I couldn't believe that attention to detail or level of service. That it was only $32 dollars (or roughly $15 dollars less than Jiffy Lube in my town) was just icing on the cake. Did I mention that the gentleman helping us (Cody, maybe?), and the others there were just about the most gracious people we've ever met? Well they were. I can't guarantee that I'll be passing that way again, but if I do, I'll be timing my mileage around another oil change there.
