Front desk was easy quick check in and room was super clean. Breakfast was very good also. However when we came back to hotel I forgot to ask for more pillows before we left so I asked when we got back. No extra pillows available. They need to upgrade the pillows in the rooms and need more of them. 4 flat pillows isn't good. And the bed was pretty hard and made my ribs hurt.

Safe was very accommodating, easy access to room. Bed was definitely on the firm side and didn't get a very good night's rest. Room was great, nice continental breakfast.

When driving from Texas to Wisconsin we always stay at this hotel. I’ve never had any issues in the past. But this stay, wasn’t great. I had mold/mildew around the tub/shower. The hotel was booked and no other rooms with 2 queen beds were available. There was an ant infestation in the indoor pool area. The hotel was short staffed and I understand that, but, instead of them telling me at check in, I found out when I walked out to my car via one of the side doors and saw a sign about staffing posted on the door. They were short staffed so trying to bring up these issues with a person was impossible. Also, they had no syrup for waffles and the breakfast food wasn’t very tasty.

Positive: The breakfast was good; lots of USB ports and good tv selection. Negative: I called about pets; they NEVER answered my calls. I left a message. When we checked in, they had canceled the reservation. We reserved another room in our son¿s name, then had to BEG for accessible room. Husband on oxygen, needs grab bars.
