This is no less than the 7th time in the last year that I have came here to workout and the building is locked and there is nobody here!!! I run a business and I expect my employees to be to work early and ready when it's time to unlock the doors!! There are probably 15 cars in the parking lot and another 15 that have left waiting for the building to open. It is now 35 minutes past opening. I hate to say as I love the facility and pricing, but this is becoming the normal, not the exception.

This place is fantastic!! My wife and I were passing through town. We're Crunch members in our home state so we stopped by for an early morning workout. We were immediately greeted by some very polite and enthusiastic staff members who made us feel right at home. We've been to Crunch Fitness Centers from coast-to-coast and they're all great but we've seen none better than this one. They have rows and rows of cardio machines, lots of benches, tons of weights including dumbbells up to 150 lbs., these great rope machines that we've never seen before, and any piece of fitness equipment you could possibly need, people of all ages and sizes training hard (nobody on their cell phones, no chit-chatters), everyone very polite, everything clean and organized. They even have child care. If you're looking for a gym, you have to check this place out. This place is the best!

I will never and let me repeat, NEVER give this gym 5 stars! because in order to CANCEL you have to SEND A LETTER OR COME INTO THE GYM instead of just calling them to cancel, not to mention even if they do give you a free trial they still expect you to pay for 60 days (apparently it's a contract deal) even when you cancel wayy before the deadline. I don't know why they do not let people know before hand plus the website is trash so it's not worth it. PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS!! I have so many complaints but not enough space so please take my word for it and save your money for a different gym!

Went here when I was in college. I wasn’t using for some months after I moved out of Kansas. I called to see if I could get a refund and they gave it to me 🙏🏼 most gyms would not do this. The manager that worked there when I started was great, and so was the one when I left. Also better than any other gym in town while also being the cheapest. Great gym all around, especially with the sauna.. I don’t leave reviews much but had to come back years later and leave this for anyone considering gyms. Don’t waste time trying trash Planet fitness, or all the others that are super overpriced.
