Very disappointed in customer service experience. Made a reservation many months ago for 3 days for graduation. Husbands work had last minute complication forcing us to go home a day early. Twice on the phone they said it was a 3 day minimum stay for graduation weekend, then once we checked in they said they could check us out a day early. What was not explained was that we would pay MORE to do so than the original reservation, and cost us the points for the extra night stay. Mgmt. did nothing for us, not even credit the original price or stay. Highly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Positive: Location, and room size. All amenities needed. Negative: Hotel advertised a sauna, but there wasn¿t one at all. It¿s really frustrating that hotels never update their descriptions. As I told in previous it was nicely presented and clean. Room was in excellent condition and the staff was able to resolve/answer any questions or problems that occurred. Our heater wasn’t working but they got maintenance to fix by the time we can back to stay for the evening
