Nickelsons is a great music establishment! The customer service is a 10/10 for me, kind employees and a great variety of instruments to look at! Last I time I came into Nickelsons, I was in for a flute repair and check-in. It came back to me in only one day, (however the time of repairs depends on the instrument and who is available). All in all, I was very satisfied with my experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Norm and the other staff are the best. You will leave more informed and with a nice instrument. Great inventory. Very cool guitars from many makers. Guitar lessons are the best. My son has taken lessons from Eddie Honeyeater for several years. You don't get better than Eddie. Very easy going and a better musician than your favorite musician. Great approach and makes it interesting every time. My now 18 yo son likes rock... White Stripes, AC DC, Smashing Pumpkins etc. He started when he was 16 and looks forward to it every week.

I have had several opportunities to work with Nicholson's over the past few years. Purchased a guitar, had a couple of guitars set up by them, and most recently had them perform a repair on one of my guitars. In all instances, their staff has been friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable (they matched online prices on my guitar purchase), and, it feels good to support a local business. Highly recommended.
