This is a great, luxurious hotel for the price. Beautiful, with very helpful, friendly staff. Just arrived a few hours ago and already impressed in many fronts. Very happy with this choice.

I stayed here over night with my husband and 2 small children. Check in was long because no staff was available for front desk. There was a dried red substance on the linen of one of the beds. I mentioned it when we checked out and was told “I’ll notify the manager” she gave me my receipt and said have a nice day. Then there was a $25 incidental fee hold added on the back end that was never mentioned. I see the total charge so naturally I call because it was different then discussed. I get Matt on the phone and I again mention the unclean linens and that I was over charged. He states that’s just a hold it’ll fall off. I advised him that should be disclosed in advanced. And yea….that was the end of that conversation too there’s no accountability here. I wouldn’t recommend

The rooms and overall facility is exceptionally clean. The staff are kind, professional, and aim to please. The on-site bar is by far better than any hotel bar I have been to. The pool is awesome for the kids because you can swim between indoor and outdoor areas. My 3-star rating is due to a combination of being extremely short staffed and terrible management policy (as judged by the signage).

Don’t waste your money at this location. I tried to choose an upscale hotel for my family for Father’s Day and was let down. My son killed a roach on the wall. One of our beds had dried blood on the covers and the other was visibly soiled. The beds were very worn and lumpy. They didn’t have any dirty clothes bags in our room. We went to the pool which was nice but the air was so chlorinated it burned our noses. The complimentary breakfast had a few options that were delicious. My kids ate very well. Overall, save your money and stay at the Hilton.
