As a potential new tenant reading reviews, it is good to see that things are improving. Online tour appointments have not worked for a couple of months. Now I see why there has been no response to my calls to Amy. Perhaps the new manager has a different phone number. I'll be a good friend to all and help with the garden/landscaping. Katherine

I’ve been here for 2 months, at first the boiler had issues, but was taken care of right away, my closet rack broke n fell, still hasn’t been fixed, but I heard it takes some time to get anything fixed here, for it has to go through the corporation approval to go ahead and do repairs. That is the bad side of this complex, other than that, it’s really a clean and quiet place to live

Great place to Live.... Alot of friendly residents that make you feel welcome, I am blessed to have the opportunity to live here, I'm a live in care giver... They recently did alot of remodeling, and the club house looks amazing, a big tv and new chairs and tables, New furniture, and kitchen, the patio has all New tables and benches. Yes there are minor things to be worked on, but overall everything is nice, and the friendly people who live there make it worth living there. The maintenance staff there greg and troy are hard workers and the manager Jennifer Johnson is too. They are friendly as well.

While it's nice the place is being remodeled, management is shady at best. They forced all tenants to remove their plants and flowers from their patios because 'the fertilizer in them may explode due to the heat.' SERIOUSLY?! As of November, the manager Jenifer, slapped tenants with a late charge after the 3rd even though their leases state rent is late after the 5th. By law she must notify tenants of changes or addendums to leases 30 days in advance. When asked about this she stated 'you always get a new addendum in December!' So on top of everything else, now tenants have to be psychic too?! Will be contacting all agencies to have her investigated!!!
