About a month and a half ago I went in for an interview for a dishwasher position. They immediately offered me the job. They told me they would call me in an hour for a more official job offer. They never called but I reached out and eventually got an answer. They invited me to the facility and sent me to a background check place. They told me after the background check runs they would call me in a few days to start. I have a clean record so I know I did not fail the test. I have reached out to the lady who talked to me with no response. It seems other people have gone through this as well reading the reviews. The people and I agreed for me to put in a 2 week notice at my job and they completely flaked on me making me look like a fool to my current job. Luckily they took me back . I would appreciate a response with an explanation about what happened.

This is solely in regards to their management and not how they treat residents themselves, but I applied for a job here earlier this year and was offered an interview the following day because they needed to hire people immediately. When I showed up, they were not expecting me and the person I was told would be interviewing me was not on shift that day, so I waited over an hour from the time my interview was supposed to begin. I had to already submitted an application online, but I had to fill out an entire application upon showing up as well because they did not have my application present, so there seemed to be a large communication break down. After my interview, I was essentially told I was offered the job but they would call by the end of the day for a more 'official' offer. However, I never heard back from them regarding the job at all or after reaching out for an update, so their management seems to either be very overwhelmed or disorganized when it comes to things like that.
