People in pharmacy terribly rude. Refused to give me a Covid booster shot because I didn’t make an online appointment but the online system was down and wouldn’t let me make an appointment. I called the head CVS Covid hotline and they told me their system was down to just go in to the local store as a walk in. Walked in and Pharmacist told me she was too busy and would not do a walk-in, but notably no one else was in the store and there were no cars at all in the drive thru.

Was just told they are 5 days behind on filling prescriptions. If course mine wasn't ready as is usual for this location. If you have any choice, go elsewhere! Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Slowest pharmacy this side of the Mississippi. 10 cars in the drive through I go inside 9 people in line. No one seems like they have any clue as to what's going on and there is no sense of urgency at all. 5 people all standing around in the back with their hands in their pockets. Do yourself a favor and go to Reasors Pharmacy. They are exponentially better than this dog and pony act CVS calls a pharmacy

I love Garrett!!!!! I trust him with my life. every time I shop at CVS, Garrett is a perfect example of gods beautiful creation. It warms my heart to see that kind young man and I only come here to have Garrett handle my meds!!! 10 Stars. God bless America and god bless Garrett
