I have had my hair cut many times at great clips. Some great cuts and some not so great. Yesterday I had my hair cut by Jenny (sp) and she gave me the best hair cut so far. She done an excellent job!!!

First time here, I liked the girl cutting my hair but she cut it several inches more than I asked and gave me an A -line... Which I didn't ask for... I like it but you should really ask or say something before changing what someone asked you to do. I honestly think she was pretty fresh out of school and just hasn't developed the social skills to let me know she'd made a mistake and decided to just cover it up with a nice hairstyle. Please always communicate with the customer, even if you made a mistake!

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
