Came to emergancy room in pain. Was treated better than i have been at any hospital. My nurse miranda was the best. Was taken care of promptly and courteously. Thank you

My wife went in for Covid with 104 fever she was rushed to the er from home. But when my wife got there they gave her discharge papers and advil. This hospital is the worst hospital iv ever went to. This place should be shut down for discrimination and improper treatment.

I went there ONE time for ONE thing about a year ago now and Im still getting different bills for services never requested. Tried to get that handled through customer service, what a bad joke. The person wouldnt let me finish a sentence before interrupting me and trying to explain something entirely irrelevant, while being condescending the whole time. The actual operation went well enough (meaning no complications arose and the work was satisfactory), though the surgeon couldve maybe told me to prepare for several weeks of agonizing pain when the initial anesthetic wore off, that wouldve been great to know about. Incidentally, that was the worst pain I have ever been in, and Ive been shot, stabbed, hit by vehicles and broken a couple bones before, among other painful activities. All in all, if I ever need a hospital again and this is the only place available, Id rather just suffer through whatever it is and/or die. I see now why people hate on Memorial hospital so much, and it is absolutely justifiable.

The reception staff and intake nurse were awful! I was having heart palpitations and was close to passing out. I expressed my concern and they could care less, they just went through the motions. I ended up sitting in the waiting room having to google advise and found some techniques to help calm my heart and breathing. This is something the staff should have done seeing i was in a panic. Once i was admitted, things got a lot better. The nurses and doctor were amazing. I would have given the hospital a 5/5 if it wasn't for the horrible reception. To be fair, the hospital should be ashamed of the initial service people are getting when entering this hospital. Healthcare in America is getting worse and people like the ones who greet you in this hospital are why. I have a number of family member that are nurses and they are the most caring, loving and informative people i know, unlike the acceptance staff at Memorial.

I wish you luck. Goivannoni Cooper in Healdsburg is one source to avoid. FYI
