My trip to the post office was very quick but in the short amount of time I was there I met a very joyful associate named Edwin that made my day. Positive souls are a must especially in a place I find very soulless.

Suddenly our service has taken a turn for the worse. We no longer have our mail delivered Monday - Saturday. Last Wednesday I know the mail person DID NOT come by. How do I know? The outgoing mail was NEVER PICKED UP! And now today, a Tuesday at 6 p.m. our mail still hasn't arrived. I know I have mail that should be delivered today; the email I received indicated the same. Whenever I receive the USPS email I ALWAYS receive the mail that is being shown in the email. So the question is: Is the mail person running late? Or have they skipped us again. A service that up until recently was trustworthy, is now spotty and unreliable. What is going on?

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, because frankly—everyone has off days... but the service at this post office was atrocious. Everything the clerk said to me was dripping with disdain and annoyance. I didn't ask for or do anything outside the norm of shipping (packaging, inquiring about rates), so I couldn't understand why she seemed so frustrated with me. At a certain point, I asked her if I had done something to upset her, because the attitude she was giving me had me dumbfounded. Suffice to say I live in town and will never, ever return to this post office. Go to the post office on Franklin, or pay a bit more to use FedEx or UPS—trust me, it's worth the extra cost and effort to avoid an extremely negative experience.

Start this off by saying very horrible service. I had a package that was suppose to arrive to my address on 07/13/16. My tracking info stopped on "out for delivery" on the day of delivery. On 07/18/16 on a Monday i still haven't received it, so i decided to go to the post office to see what was the issue. I was speaking with a lovely lady who was working there and informed me that I will receive a call withing 2-3 days about my package. A week has passed and did not receive one call. On 07/25/16 i went back to speak to a different lady this time. She gave me the post office number to call in the morning within 7-9 am and speak with the supervisor about my package. I ended up doing that, called 4 times and no response. I work as a Manager in Retail so i try to understand and have patience, but this is unacceptable. I hope someone that works at the post office reads this to make things right. I really hope no one else goes through this.
